Introducing our Benja, Burundi. This has to be one of the most exciting coffees se have received this year at Flatmountain.
Sourced from the Heza washing station from the Long Miles project. There was an immediate draw to this coffee from first sip. A sweetness and fruitiness that we just couldn't get enough of. Think Raspberry sweets and strawberry milkshakes. A wonderful creaminess to the coffee makes it well balanced for anyone to enjoy.

PREPARATION
Once again we have a wonderfully dynamic coffee which boasts almost every brew method. We have particularly enjoyed this coffee on all drip and aeropress methods. A creaminess which would make you think there was milk poured into it. It's those Raspberry notes for us that makes us keep going back for more.
